Marriage Counseling

“It was the best of times. It was the worst of time.”

Sound like your marriage or relationship? Maybe you’re so far in the worst of times you cannot even imagine the best of times coming back ever again. You feel stuck in a stalemate with your spouse. You may even be ready to throw in the towel, get out, start a new life. Your relationship has become a civil war. How will you ever recover what you hoped and dreamed it would be?

Dream Again, Love Again.

You can recover hope. But I’ll be honest with you, it will require hard work. What of value doesn’t? You will have to fight for your relationship and be open to change yourself. And you’ll probably need the eyes of another for awhile and a safe place to do the hard work of change. Let counseling be the place for you and your spouse to do this deeper work.

Recovering Hope

Romantic relationship, especially in marriage, was never meant to be so miserable, so destructive. Imagine instead it being a place where a man and woman are loved and challenged to become all they were created to be. Both hope for the best in each other, draw out the best in each other, fight for each other’s hearts and dreams.

Premarital Counseling

Want to get a strong start in marriage?  It’s been said that romantic love is intoxicating, leaving you blind to the truth of your mate.  But getting a sober view of your significant other does not have to kill your passion.  Premarital counseling can be a great experience of strengthening and deepening your love.  Let it free you to drink your romantic love to the dregs with confidence!
